Romeo y Julieta Wide Churchill #2016

This great time is always another opportunity for a relaxing cigar. It was no different yesterday, when after a lot of Partagas (tests are constantly being published) I wanted something different, so I chose the full body churchill. Nice ring, ideal proportions, impeccable appearance again thanks to kubaiszivar.com. After ignition, earthy notes dominate with vanilla and hazelnuts. Easy cigar smoking, with surprising power towards the end. In my experience, it tends to overheat, not to rush with it: it kills the flavors and the experience. More for experienced aficionados.

H. Upmann Royal Robusto #2019

I had breakfast with a dear friend at this great late fall time, but we were so happy to have a light indoors and get a great breakfast. But about the cigar ... Expectable construction that easily catches fire is a fine addition to Friday's breakfast. The humid air made it a little hard to breathe, but the experience made up for it again. Woody - earthy aromas blended with coffee flavors, predominantly from the second third. Recommended for beginner smokers, the medium to full cuban delicacy.

Romeo y Julieta Belicoso #2011

I had to taste Belicoso in 2011, after the 2010 masterpiece. Thanks to God, the composition has not been changed, so we can fully enjoy the taste bud. Even the first sniffs dazzle us with caramel and rose hips. This cigars have little feel for the Cuban cigars ground - pepper combination, although they

are slightly intensified in the last third. What's special about the cigar is that after 2010, it received a darker than usual cover with a pleasantly oily cover, but in my opinion, it didn't have a noticeable effect on the cigar as a whole, but it did a good job of it. My only disadvantage is that he burned unevenly from the second third so he couldn't get the maximum score. Other than that, it's a perfect Cuban masterpiece.

Montecristo Open Junior #2009

One of my favorite brands came into my possession, so it was a night of cigar smoking. The Open series, the Montecristo brand new in 2009. I have tasted every single piece of it so I can say that it is a well done novel. Typically stronger than classic Montecristo cigars, they already have Bolivar flavors. Open Junior is the smallest piece in the series, a classic minuto cigar. Demanding but not ostentatious. The decisive accecories of the morning coffee. It ignites easily, gives a pleasant creamy smoke. An earthy-woody taste dominates the cigar, which is filled with roasted coffee in the first third. From the second third, the woody taste becomes dominant, reminiscent of the tanned skin in the last third. Cigars tend to overheat and become particularly strong. A promising piece of persistent work will make the perfect Montecristo.

Cohiba Maduro 5 Genios #2008

I don't particularly like COHIBA cigars, they have become too addicted to the brand name. When the Maduro 5 series came out, I was skeptical. Of course, I couldn't miss it, so I tasted Maduro 5 Series Genios (also vintage 2008) - AND I LIKED IT. Its appearance is also a commanding, beautiful handiwork. It gives you a real creamy, full-bodied smoke - if only you never run out. It is not comparable to other COHIBA members. Ideally, the finest tobacco is perfectly distributed, and the Maduro Cover Letter is just icing on the cake thanks to the 5-year maturation process. Honey-walnut flavors blend perfectly. I recommend it to every cigar friend.

Le Hoyo de San Juan Announced

Hoyo de Monterrey San Juan
At the Welcoming Event of the 16th Festival del Habano, Habanos S.A. has announced an addition to the Hoyo de Monterrey portfolio. Le Hoyo de San Juan is a Geniales vitola with 54 ring gauge and 5 7/8 inches length (21,5 mm x 150 mm). The new cigar features Volado, Seco and Ligero leaves from San Juan y Martínez.

Le Hoyo de San Juan will be available in the brand’s classic sliding box, containing 10 or 25 cigars. These boxes also add innovations in the brand’s image: adhesive outer paper inlays for the 25 and 10 unit containers as well as a white wrapping ribbon that spruces up the 25-cigar bundle.

The Le Hoyo de San Juan will carry the new Le Hoyo Series band that tells this vitola apart, still featuring the traditional red color and the brand’s image on the lower side.
